“Being”

Preface

A dying star, prepared to swallow its system, lashes out at its outer bodies. A million arms flail in rage at the inevitable. An unimaginable twenty-four planet system spans two-hundred and seventy astronomical units in radius. By some strange phenomenon, the planets are sorted into three eight-planet groups. Scarred by the star’s outrage, the first eight celestial bodies closest to the star burn indefinitely. Clinging to gravity, the eight bodies flung towards the outer edge of the radius are frozen over. Ignorant to the chaos of the inner and outer ring, the eight center planets are clustered into a Goldilocks zone. These three planet clusters all exist in clumps separate from each other, with vast empty spaces in between them. Intelligent life has begun to develop on all of the planets in the Goldilocks zone, each unaware of the impending collapse of their star. One of the two planets in the middle of the cluster is Elleari and the other is Nallara. The people of Elleari are spread sparsely across the land forming into tribes. The land, teeming with resources, provides them with all the necessities to flourish. Together the people of Elleari are a force unrivaled, but they are not the strongest nor most intelligent creatures on the planet, as within the jungles that encompass most of the planet, unknown beings exist. The people of Nallara are nomadic, roaming the lush plains of their planet following the creatures that migrate from pole to pole. Both poles of Nallara are large bodies of cold water and are the only large bodies of water on the planet. The other six planets in the Goldilocks zone have their own unique topography and life, each with varying climates and lifestyles. Through another miracle, all the intelligent life on each of the eight planets has come to gain power from the star and has deemed it Kaelos, the star chosen by light.

“Possession”

Preface

This game is a heavily story-based horror experience inspired by the 80s horror film, “Possession”. It follows Mark, a dull bloke in his mid-30s wasting away at his 9-5 office job. Their marriage is tested as his wife Anna grows increasingly apathetic towards him. Above all, Anna has been acting strange– unrecognizable even. As events unfold, Mark discovers a horrific truth about her that will haunt him forever.
